USA Shipments

At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping options:

• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail
• DHL Services
• UPS Services

Please note: USPS, DHL, and UPS do not operate on Sundays or holidays. Shipping times are estimates and can be impacted by national weather conditions or holiday seasons. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, these carriers do not guarantee shipping times.

International Shipments

For international orders, you can select DHL or UPS at checkout for most destinations. To simplify the process and avoid surprise charges, we use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method. This means shipping, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes are all included in the payment made on our website. We introduced this hassle-free option on May 8, 2024, so you can shop with confidence knowing there won’t be unexpected fees upon delivery.

Shipping Issues

Transit delays, damage, or lost packages during shipping are the responsibility of the carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL). If your shipment is affected, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in filing an insurance claim with the carrier, as applicable.
